As the founder of MLC (Matchlink-Consulting), I bring over 20 years of experience working with both German and Chinese companies. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive hands-on expertise in procurement, sales, and organizational administration. With deep knowledge of both markets—German precision standards and Chinese supply chains—I understand the nuances of business cultures and work practices in each country. As a bridge between parties, I proactively resolve common misunderstandings in cross-cultural collaboration, eliminate communication barriers, and drive projects forward smoothly.

Our team consists of experienced engineers with German-Chinese practical experience, as well as procurement and quality control specialists who are deeply familiar with sourcing processes in both countries.
